智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月8日，Fosun Pharma Industrial Pte.Ltd.增持复锐医疗科技(01696)3.345048亿股，每股作价3.34港元，总金额约11.17亿港元。增持后最新持股数目约3.34亿股，最新持股比例为71.42%。
补充资料：On 8 April 2026, Ample Up Limited ("Ample Up") and Chindex Medical Limited ("Chindex") had entered into share transfer agreements, respectively, with Fosun Pharma Industrial Pte. Ltd. ("FPI"). Ample Up and Chindex agreed to transfer each of their entire holding of 207,186,160 shares and 127,318,640 shares of Sisram Medical Ltd, respectively, to FPI. 值得注意的是，2025年12月，祥源文旅、交建股份、海昌海洋公园等“祥源系”上市公司公告称，俞发祥因涉嫌犯罪被警方采取刑事强制措施。据媒体报道，其被查与“祥源系”旗下公司发行的、可能逾百亿元的金融产品大规模逾期直接相关。从登上胡润百富榜到身陷囹圄，再到如今持股遭轮候冻结，俞发祥和他的“祥源系”正面临前所未有的危机。
